Every trade-in includes free, insured shipping to our facility. You may choose a free prepaid shipping label to print at home, or request a mail-in kit that includes packing materials.

Shipping insurance covers your device up to the value of your estimated offer while it is in transit to us.

Pickup service is offered in select ZIP codes only and availability is not guaranteed.

Standard shipping on shop orders is free and typically arrives within 2-3 business days after your order is processed.

All shop orders ship fully insured. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact our support team for a replacement or refund.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your trade-in ships to us, or your shop order ships to you, you can check the latest status any time on our Track Your Order page using your reference number.
