Returns Policy

Devices purchased from our shop may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the device is in the condition it was received in.

New devices must be returned with all original packaging and accessories. Pre-owned devices should be returned with any included accessories.

To start a return, contact our support team with your order reference number.

If our inspection finds your device in different condition than described, we'll send you a revised offer for approval before doing anything else.

If you decline a revised offer, we will return your device to you free of charge.

Once you accept a final offer and payment is issued, the trade-in is final and the device becomes our property.

All pre-owned devices sold through our shop include a 90-day limited warranty covering functional defects. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.
